In this episode of “Let’s make the call” on Water Polo Wednesday, the topic at hand is Rule 23.9 - For a defending player to foul or impede an attacking player from behind within the 6 meter area when the attacking player is facing or swimming towards the goal in a probable goal situation, unless the defending player makes contact only with the ball or hand. If the defending player’s action prevents the attacking player from shooting, a penalty must also be called.
